took my watch in for a new battery as they promise they will do.
took it in on the previous week promised a phone call on Monday Nov 11th . no call
went back to store manager she tried to say she emailed me (i dont have email) then she said she must have called wrong number correct number on the packet holding the watch.
then she said she didn't know what battery it took even tho it is her watch and her store where it was purchased
she then offered to give me the address of corporate office in canada. i won't shop there again..
