My daughter came to Masquerade Alterations to get her Wedding gown fixed with a strapless bra in it and was quoted 15.00, when we picked it yesterday a 2 year old could have done what she did and charged her 30.00, My daughter was in tears this was the most special dress for her on her most special day and the lady had no remorse about her tacky work and still charged her. I am apalled at the disrespect she showed and now the number we have is no longer in service and my daughter is having to pay someone else to fix what this lady messed completely up. I do not think you want someone associtated with your mall that has no reguard to someone's personal property. I will make sure that my daughters dress is corrected and she will have her wonderful day but not to the Thanks of your so called alterations person.
