My 13 year old daughter needed her eyebrows thinner only a lil i told her not even thin because she is a child my daughter left crying she took half of them off inch and half off on left side and inch on right side so there is 2 and half inches in between them now totally like a blind person did it wish i could post a picture they were about 3 inches long now they are less than 2 inches literally a circle blob left totally uneven and another girl tried to fix but she cant make stuff grow back i paid for 2 girls 83$ for 2 trims their hair is long just few inches off would not reconmend this place to anyone and it was 2 hour waiting time all customers there at same time as me felt bad for what she did to my daughter now i spend over 40$ trying to buy stuff to draw them back till they grow in hopefully place totally needs management as there was not even one there i was told !!!!! Very unprofessional !!!!
