3/29/2019 mattress purchase
We purchased an adjustable base and mattress on 3/29/2019. The Store Manager and our salesperson, Brandon, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during our selection process. He did not try to "over sell" us; but, determined our needs and wishes and guided us to the proper selection. Our purchase was delivered on 4/6/2019. Upon use for a few days, we determined it was not set up properly. We called Brandon and notified him of our issues. He came to our house on 4/23/2019 (a travel distance for him of 1 1/2 hours), dis-assembled the bed and re-assembled it to our complete satisfaction. We could not be more pleased with his service. Brandon is a wonderful asset and valuable employee for Mattress Warehouse and should be commended as such. We could not be happier.
