What a disappointment
Look past the black clothes and eastern European accents... these people are scam artists. A very bad experience indeed. They insisted that they wanted to collect state tax for an out of state shipment, when they had previously acknowledged the state in question did not require them to collect tax. The rationale: the product was in high demand ("highly seeked" in their words). Now where do you suppose that "tax" money would end up? This is downright fraudulent. Worst of all, they tried to make me feel unreasonable for challenging something that was obviously wrong. I called willing to buy a high value item. It was an easy sale. Within three minutes they had me so upset that I wanted nothing to do with them. I can go elsewhere. Good riddance.
