We waited over 25 minutes for a club sandwich and potato salad. Along with a half chicken salad croissant with chicken and dumpling soup. The soup was cold and the chicken salad was warm. I requested the manager. Her response was they were short handed. No offer for refund or even a free drink on our next visit. May I suggest you hire more customer service managers! Do your managers care at all about customer service? I sincerely doubt it!
