Unprofessional Manager
I recently walked into this McDonald restaurant and was greeted by some very friendly employees, later on when one of the employees were helping me with my order and and seemed very friendly a manager by the name "Jose" started yelling at him in front of me saying that he wasn't supposed to be helping me and was supposed to be somewhere else cleaning. The manager seemed very rude and you could tell he was a "power hungry" manager and seemed very unprofessional to me and other customers. I have also heard stories about this new manager being rude and now I know personally what they mean.
