When I went there with my son, the representative told me not to touch anything and asked me “if she can help me” I thought it was rude. She made me feel like I couldn’t afford to buy their product. Anyway, we left because of her rudeness. But my son wanted an MCM belt so bad that we went back over there and dealt with a different person and bought a belt. Their customer service is just bad!!! They cut the belt in their back room to fit my son, but “how do I know if she switch the belt for a fake one and kept the authentic for themselves?. They couldn’t even provide a box for the belt when I requested, but only the bag. I don’t think I gonna come back over there.
