David is the best
I came in to buy a whetstone for a Christmas present. Thank goodness David was my first impression of Memory Lane (he gets the 5 star review) not whoever guy was with glasses. David was helping me, I was doing some Christmas shopping with my Mom I came by to visit. The whetstone box itself was a little bit torn up. Whoever the dude with glasses was, just barged into our conversation. Proceeded to be a rude person. He shouldn't be working there.

The help we received at this store was outstanding! We got all the info we needed with not pushy sales pitch. Only demoted one star because I couldn't get a hold of them from home to request info on item I wanted to purchase no matter how I tried!! No direct line - had to go through the mall recorded help - which, to say the least - was a pain in the rear end!! Followed all the prompts but couldn't get put through to the store OR a living, breathing person to help me no matter what I tried.
VRC - YOU NEED TO IMPROVE THIS MANNER OF CONTACT WITH THE STORE WHO PAY YOU SO MUCH MONEY TO HAVE A SHOP THERE!! Now I'll purchase the item somewhere else. So the store loses.
