Bad phones, Bad service
Horrible Customer service! Rude, unhelpful and give you the run around. They also sell non-working phones and try to force you to keep them even though the warranty permits that they have to give you a phone that works. Whoever is the owner he needs to get new employees that actually provide good customer service.
Awesome service
I just switched to Metro PCS at the Northtown location (763.780.2335). Faith was incredibility helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I also called and spoke with another employee and he was also very helpful. I highly recommend Metro PCS, especially this location. They are awesome!
