I had my J7 phone in a case not designed for one, and dropped it Saturday night. I went to another Metro PCS location and they could not help me, and the one at Southlake could. I have purchased from this location, and I came there today, November 27, 2017 for help, and i got it. Cody and Paris were fantastic in trouble shooting my problem and I would like to thank Cody (who has been there for one month) and Paris,who is the Manager. Paris is an outstanding person, she found out what my problem was, and told me what to do. This location will be getting my business from now on!!
