Metro PCS Sales Associate
Customer service was terrible. Didn’t know what she was talking about neither did her ASR. They were trying to tell me that in order to get a new line $100 instant rebate I have to get it on the unlimited plans when I know the promotions because I myself work for Metro. There is no plan requirement in order to get $100 IR. I have proof on my phone. We are supposed to put our customers first and satisfy the customer in anyway possible. I wasn’t satisfied at all. Once again people don’t let them fool you. You are allowed to get the $30 or $40 plan when opening a new account or adding a line to the account and get $100 IR
