Look Friendly but poor service. Gave me the wrong bag( saleperson name: Hanane), i knew when i was at home. I had to buy the one i want over the phone and paid for $10 shipping. After it arrived the bag is missing the strap. She( store manager) told me to drive there and get the strap.....only get the strap from their fault!!! Second times of their fault but there is no responsibillities to solve the problem. I chose to buy and pay shipping on my own that not my fault, i should get it with no problem! Here we go another problem! Waste of my money and my time from these people who work there!!!!!! Hate this place so bad. The solution from them is nothing they will do. Only you do it.....nothing is your fault but you have to slove your own problem if you want the bag, choose to drive there wasted your time, your gas or choose to pay for shipping cost. Or you do both to paid $10 shipping for the bag you want and still have to drive there to get the strap(waste your time, your money and your gas) dumb me. HATE HATE HATE these people in to my gut!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At potomac mill, VA
