Dissatisfied customer
I paid $15.98 on line to remove ads from simple solitaire games for a year on April 24, 2020. It shows in my credit card statement that the payment was processed here. On August 7, 2020, I receive a pop up that the removal has expired and ads start to reappear, LOUD, OBNOXIOUS, DELIBERATELY DESIGNED TO IRRITATE. I play solitaire games, not XBOX, not interactive, not with anyone else. Shame on Microsoft for cheating its customers. Shame on them for taking advantage of its customers during a time it is impossible to get personal attention to fix problems. I will quit playing Microsoft games and tell everyone I know how bad they are. A dissatified customer.
