Rude and insulting
I would give les than one star but that’s not an option. I stopped today to see about having some jewelry repaired. The man and woman working in the store were waiting on others. No problem, I patiently waited. After a few minutes she said there’s another jewelry down the hall that does repairs. WTF? Is this a Pretty Woman rerun??? You actually just asked me to go elsewhere. Yeah I will.

I wish I could give them negative stars. Purchased a ring for Christmas. Work it on and off for 6 weeks. Never slept in it and always put in a ring case when not wearing. The gemstone fell out. The prongs look fine so not sure why. Paid over $200 for the ring. The store will not replace for full value and will on give $60 credit for the gold.
