Terrible Customer Service
I bought a dress and the zipper was broken. They would not let me exchanged it and didnt want to offer me a refund. Now, I have to pay for someone to put another zipper on my birthday dress. Thanks for nothing Mix and Match.

The male manager is very disrespectful and racist. Refused to give refund for poorly constructed clothing
Very Satisfied Customer
I bought my daughters prom dress from Mix and Match but once we got it home she didn't love it. We took it back and the sales associate Shay was the absolute best. My daughter tried on every prom dress they had (short and long). Shay was patient and very helpful. She performed her job with a smile and she had wonderful customer service. Thanks Shay!!!!
