This place is horrendous and should be shut down. I got my phone screen replaced here and it was extremely faulty. Then I went and got it replaced again because of the 30 day warranty & the new screen they put in broke my phone within a week. My phone broke and cant hold charge anymore. They do not fix your phone at all, they just patch the problem for a couple days. The people who work here at the desk especially the manager is extremely utterly rude and has horrible customer service and not a single person knows what they are doing. Do not ever come get your phone fixed here EVER. Trust me

Do not fix your phone here . He “fixed” my phone twice & He tried to give me the phone when it wasn’t on so I let him know I will come when you fix the phone so he tells me to come tmm.. i get home & I called him letting him know that I noticed my camera wasn’t working so when I finally get to the mall the next day & he’s trying to charge me extra after I just payed him twice to fix the phone he never fixed .. & gets upset & start yelling & called security on me .. & I also heard this isn’t the first time this happen with him please save you guys the trouble & don’t go here to fix your phone

DO NOT GRT ANYTHING FIXED HERE!! these people are scammers. I went in with my phone with water and they said they would fix it. When they give it back they charged me $100 and didn’t fix anything at all. They claim they only fixed the screen becAuse that’s what was wrong with the phone and they are LIARS. They knew they had to fix the phone for water damage. The people that work there are also extremely rude and the girl who works there doesn’t know anything about phones. She can’t even put a screen protector correctly, so do not come here for that. These are scammers 101, go give your money to other people. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS!!!! He also claims he can’t give me back the money because he already fixed the screen which look exactly the same as it was NEVER DAMAGED. And for proof the receipts say phone repair not SCREEN REPAIR.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! IF I HAD THE OPTION TO GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD. I TOOK MY PHONE IN TO HAVE THE SCREEN FIXED. THE NEXT DAY MY SCREEN WENT BLACK AND I WAS TOLD THAT THEY COULDN'T HONOR THE WARRANTY.

Never take your phone here they will RIP you OFF and scam you off your money!!!take phone parts they need sneakily !! so purposely to come back and waste your money!!! Very expensive to just fix a simple screen! charged me $150 for a iPhone 8 plus front screen and to include the back piece as well almost $300 ...
