Terrible customer service, they are only concerned with making sales. I brought in my starwalker fountain to be serviced and they denied me. They advised me that because of the “busy holiday season” they could not accept it. They handed me an address and said I could mail it in to the service center myself. When purchasing luxury items this is not the kind of service I expect, very disappointing especially when their website clearly states I can bring my pen into any boutique shop for servicing.
