Customer at Barton creek mall motherhood
NEVER purchase from motherhood. I purchased a formal'ish dress for a wedding 38 days ago. Two days after I purchased the dress I was put on bedrest for almost 3 weeks and couldn't go to work, or walk, let alone drive to the mall 30 minutes away to return the dress. My husband was off today and tried to take the dress back for me since I obviously can't wear it anymore and they wouldn't return it. It's been over 30 days so we can't exchange the dress or return it or get store credit. The dress was $85, still on hanger and original tags attached. The only way I was allowed to return it is if I miscarried the baby... Wow. Obviously I'm still pregnant and wouldn't lie about that, but that is the worst policy I've ever heard of when you're dealing with pregnant women that can't just jump in their car and be there ASAP as requested by management. My husband was told to seriously "give the dress away as a gift". Worst customer service I've had.
