My Great Customer Experience
Went into the store to buy a watch I saw online. The staff greeted me at the door, the only store to actually acknowledge me. Melissa and Veronica we're very nice and extremely friendly. I showed Melissa the watch I was looking for she said they did not have it in stock but could place a order for me without charging me until it came in. I went ahead and had her place the order for a Movado bold watch. She called me a week later to say she had received it. I came in and was so excited, I didn't think that I would hear from them again. As we spoke I told her it was a birthday gift to myself and she honored a 50.00 birthday discount to my purchase. This store and staff is very helpful and kind, they care about the shopper's and I will be back.
