This shoe store has been using predatory tactics since forever with over priced shoes, boots and accessories of poor quality. $300 shoes with plastic bottom soles is a blatant rip off. The owner gladly sell the cheap quality over priced shoes, boots and accessories with a half straight face. People at the River Oaks location started to catch on to the poor quality and soon stopped patronizing the Mr. KAYS store in River Oaks and now it's closed!!
