This company refuses to allow any returns of products or service. I am in dispute at this time. They lied on their response to my banks form for the dispute. I had returned to the store the very next morning after the purchase and the salesperson “Pini”, at the spa, refused the return. He said that they would send a cancellation to me and “to take home the products”. He sent nothing. Besides the redness around my eyes caused by the facial, one container of product was empty. My friend with me also is witness to this scamming company. $4290.00 mistake.
