Poor customer service at Mulan in Gurnee Mills
I walked into the store and greeted an employee, and although she returned the greeting, she was on her phone and never asked if I needed assistance. Another employee was also on her phone, however, she did not speak or come to ask if I needed assistance either. I decided to leave the store because this type of customer service is unacceptable, especially when I have to pay for such low quality service. The store lost a sale today.
