If you're a Real Collector of Squish or Funko. This is the store!
Great collector store all the 1 star reviews aren't collectors or they would understand this store sells COLLECTIBLES, if you want toys go to Walmart, the prices are mall prices which I expect to pay at the mall. Lady at desk is fun, great music!
Fidget Spinners
Be careful when buying a toy in this store, today (09/25/2021) I bought a spinner and thirty minutes later, he loosened the parts and when I returned to change a man wanted to convince us that it had fallen and after a long time he changed the loose pieces. And on the receipt it says that all fidget spinners are tested except what I bought. So pay attention when buying in this store.
Never again
I will NEVER do business with this VERY DISHONEST business owner again. He intentionally overcharged my young daughter and then refused to make it right and belittles us to everyone in the store. We had to get the police involved.
Scalper Reseller
We've seen staff from this store line up with friends or relatives at HT and BL. They'll buy the most popular funkos at release openings and then sell them for very high markups at their store. They'll clean out releases and leave people who genuinely want a funko for their collection empty handed. It's infuriating. Even worse, normal funkos you can still find are marked up to ridiculous prices. For example, the Fantasia Art Mickey can be found at HT, BL and TG for $19. This place is trying to sell them for $35! Don't buy from these overpriced scalpers.
Owner will harass you
Sells stolen artwork but even worse the owner, samuel hayden queen, harasses customers online if they leave 1 star reviews.
This guy is a crook
Zero stars.. this guy has double prices of popular items.. he is buying items from other stores in the mall and reselling them in his store for twice as much. Please do not support this crook.
