I’d give zero stars if it were possible. Absolute worst service I’ve ever received from a retailer. We took my necklace there to ask why we couldn’t get it clean and the man immediately jumped all over us basically saying it was our fault because we cleaned it wrong and if we googled it we’d know how to properly clean the jewelry that was bought from there. He told us we’d have to leave it there to be sent off to be polished and that’d take about 3 days. He then finally pulled a “polish” from under the counter and pointed to the container and said this is what we should be using instead of cleaner that said sterling silver. My fiancé asked if we could buy some and he said no and that he’d have to Google where to find it. So a “3 day” process was literally 20 seconds. They even told my fiancé that he was lying about how much he purchased the necklace for. Unless you want to be talked to like a piece of garbage for asking how to get a piece of jewelry you purchased from this “business” I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.
