Federal employee
Will not be going back. Customer service needs improvement. Not busy (only 4 customers present and five massage chairs available) but refused to allow guest to use massage chair; even when I offered to pay. Even when I explained that I would be more than happy to move should it become crowded. Rude does not begin to cover it.
