Horrible customer service. I think Sara took care of me & did a horrible job doing a simple fill & botched my design & tried to blame it on my choice of color. After my top coat dried she filed my nails again ruining the sides of my nails. When I went back to get them fixed she was rude & said I had to pay again. I'm very highly unsatisfied & will NEVER be back again! This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
