I got a good rate on a samsonite polycarbonate suitcase, but the owner refused to give mme a proper bill.Samsonite warranty is only valid on a proper bill.Even though I insisted on one, the owner kept saying that one needs to register some code on the samsonite website.Unfortunately I gave in and believed him.Now my samsonite luggage has no guarantee.Horrible misleading by the owner.
