I live in Windsor Ontario Canada and shop at the Devonshire Mall located on Howard Ave. You have a Naturalizer Shoe Store in that mall. Please take a moment to view the sign. I was looking for the store and passed it three times. I was told it was next to body shop. I still missed it. The sign looks like it is in a foreign language. You are discouraging business perhaps even losing business yes check your numbers. I am a former business owner and was always complimented on my signs. They "popped out" at you because of colour and design. If I may I would consider dismissing the team person or company that came up with this idea. Absolutely the worst idea for a sign I have ever encountered. I would be more than happy to design a sign for you that would be noticed and understood from any direction within 100-200 feet. I base my signage on the psychology of colour and Font style and shape. I guarantee that based on the sign alone will increase business at least 10%. Based on your customers I would also change a few things inside of your Windsor store for another 10% increase in business. I can also guarantee another 5% increase with a new training procedure for staff. I was in the service industry for 15 years on the main street called Ouelkette Ave. with no parking within a block.
