overall store is 5 star 3 stars is because i was visiting in newport beach during pandemic only one kind of capsule for tasting no decaf the sales person was nice but my brother sample one coffee and i made a purchase and got no free sample with my order and wondering why? felt so bad for being such a club member and felt bad worst expierece service i had
