Not great customer service.
Came here to get ice cream and tried to ask a question about something. The lady didn't speak English at all and went to get the guy from the Nestlé place who.....also didn't speak English. They couldn't understand me and didn't care to try. I mean look, I get it, but this is a busy mall with people from all over and no one can speak English to help customers?!?!
