Wonderful Customer Service
I bought my daughter shoes for her birthday. She's in the military and needed new running shoes. The shoes were lost or stolen. I have working with Mindy, one of the managers at NB and i can't thank her enough for going above and beyond helping me locate and put in a claim for those shoes. It meant a lot to me and my family! You do not get customer service like that anymore. My money towards shoes will stay with this company now.
