Awful Customer Service
The cashier saw me that I was the only customer waiting on the line and she pretended to be busy, by organizing clothes in her back, on the rack, etc. Later, she turned and told me "I will be right away with you." After I said "OK" with a smile, she kept doing everything else in order to make me wait forever. She made me feel discriminated for how long she was avoiding me on purpose. I am an immigrant and she was an African American and she may have thought I would not complain because of my face and my English accent. If this company NY& Co wants to be inclusive, it should also train the employees to be inclusive and respect customers of other minorities.
