If you value either your time, money, or jewelry STAY AWAY!
This is an absolutely despicable, and dishonest establishment. There is an elderly gentlemen who owns the kiosk and all I can advise is that you stay away- the services rendered are very sub par- even for a "jewelry/ watch repair" kiosk in a mall. Yes despite the shoddiness of the work what is worse is how they treat you- I dropped of an item and was not given a call back or follow up for weeks- and this eventually turned into months. Please do not ever engage in ANY business with this place no matter how convenient their location might be.

Do not take your jewelry to this place. It was the worst jewelry repair that I ever paid for, it should have been free.
