UN HAPPY COUSTOMER
You people are a JOKE!!! I bring rings in to be sized, you messed that up had to pay to redo, then you loose the diamond in my engagement ring, you had to replace. Who ever does your work needs to be FIRED!!! The prongs were shody work and now I have to replace the diamond in my ring because of work done on the prongs!!! I guess the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. Well I'm not gonna pay you. Took my rings to a reputable jeweler..
