Long Time Customer
Every time I go to this store, I get different information. Sometimes you can purchase multiple items, other times you can not. Tried to use my Nike discount (10% off) and was told it would not work because I had 5 shoes (a bulk order). FYI...in retail, you usually save on bulk orders!! So, tried to get the order divided to use my coupon and no-one knew how many pairs made a bulk order. They allowed me to use it on one pair of shoes. I left the other 4. Ridiculous!! Nike needs to train their employees and post signs of their policies. Basically, I think employees make it up based on their mood. Save time and money and don't go to this store, the selection is not very good and employees not very knowledgable. Go to Pigeon Forge, there are 2 stores and a much better selection and prices.
