Horrible customer service. I get that they are trying to accommodate people during the pandemic but the guards at the door are rude. We were in line in the sun without any shade for over an hour so, since I am 65 years old and felt like I was going to faint, I went to Starbucks for some water. While I was gone, they handed out the "sticker" for entrance and when my friend asked for one for me, he was told that I needed to be there in person to receive one. When I returned, I was told I would have to start at the beginning of the line and no amount of begging helped. Rather than risk sun stroke for a cheap pair of shoes, I opted to shop elsewhere. Never will I shop here again, during or after the pandemic. Shame on you, Nike.
