Disrespectful, Rude, Don't recommend.
Today I was going to Nike to return shoe I had bought a week ago. I t was busy as usual with a long line. My Mom had come with me hoping to return the uncomfortable shoe she had bought a week ago. Suddenly, my mom felt pain in her knee, and she is old. So she asked my 10 year old daughter to tell the guy incharge of the line that she is only here for a return and not to look for anything.The guy rudely replied to my mom with a no. My mom was in pain and the guy was very rude. Maybe we would have understood if he kindly said it, but he replied rudely, and my mom came home with a soar knee plus her medical problems. There should have been a different line for returns. Honestly, she got a WAY better shoe from ross, more comftorable, and more cheap. I will NEVER go back there again, and if I do, it will be to COMPLAIN about this rude and disrespectful person. I rate this store 0/5 stars.
