Definitely, Raymond De Anda is the best salesperson, with his great sales skills I came for a pair of shoes and ended up getting my wife's Valentine's present. He has been our stylist for over 20 Years..

One week ago I reported to my assigned appointment in the shoe department at the Cerritos store. I had taken advantage of their online service to see a stylist with a collection of shoes to try for an event that coming Saturday. Not only was the stylist not there, no one in the department had any idea that there was a stylist for me. The associates scrambled and made phone calls.
I have since sent an email back to this "service". I have not had the courtesy of a reply or explanation.
I have been unable to PHONE the department to speak to the manager as the phone number listed on their site is not picked up and there is no voicemail option.
I am frustrated and disappointed.
