I walked in to the massage parlor with a stiff and sore neck and shoulders I could barely turn my head and when I left I felt amazing. They did a fantastic job and the scalp massage is Heavenly. The pressure is unbeatable and It Hurts So Good! They get the job done for a reasonable price if you go don't forget to tip your masseuse

Today I visited this location along with two friends. The massage was horrible!!! The guy used toooooo much pressure and it hurt so bad!! Upon paying for my bill the man asked me to tip him and told that if I didn’t I wouldn’t be welcomed back.

If you love heavy pressure you can find that here! Great massages without all the frills (or the heavy price tag that goes with those unnecessary frills). I also love that if you do not have much time, there are options for as short as 10 minutes. Professional and clean, I always see them spray down the chairs with alcohol after each massage.

I have absolutely loved coming here since I moved and it has been a wonderful experience, Especially with the lady Who has given my massages.... recently however, I had a new Asian man and he completely took advantage of me. I wanted to say something or scream, but I was frightened and frozen. He touched me in appropriate places and massaged places he shouldn't. I was so in shock and completely in utter confusion of what just happened. I don't know his name and I haven't decided if I will get the situation investigated with the police. I will NEVER go back again and I honestly used to go several times a month. I just don't want the same situation to happen to another female.

Became a customer a few months ago great service and rates until today. Today I had a different treatment specialist. When I arrived I told her I wanted my right thigh massage and I rubbed it to show her where. I told her how many minutes and the affected area I needed treatment on. She started massaging my back and continued to focus in my back not my knee I stopped her many times asking about my knee pointed to my knee and she kept agreeing that she'd get to it. She never got to it wanted to charge me 30 minutes instead of 20 and she sis nothing I asked. She argued with me via phone translating through Google. I agreed to pay for 20 minutes and she snatched my card and swiped it and then slammed it on the counter. Other technicians were arguing with her and as I left one of them stopped me and apologized said she never does what customer request it's always an issue. I took my glasses off to read the text translation conversation. I left my glasses on the counter and walked out after paying. When I realize I left them I went back and asked the technician tool them and pit them behind the desk and said she didn't see them. I looked behind the desk and low and behold there sat my glasses I took them and left made NO scene but what I will do is dispute that charge off my credit card and I will try to speak to someone else about this matter. That was the most awful customer service I ever experienced in all my life. If I ever go back I will not step foot in the salon I will use the area outside of the salon in the mall.
