sad no customer acknowledgement
12/8/21 walked in one sales person hunched over a terminal at the counter, NO hello, NO let me know if I can help you NOTHING. A slow Wednesday afternoon I'd think you would recognize anyone who came in this store to make sales. This store used to be full of seasonal decor but not anymore...but ignoring any customer is pitiful.
Learn customer service
I was there on Monday afternoon and walked in and the person working there was on the phone. I looked around for 5-10 and left. She never said anything to me. I thought her customer service was awful and she was rude. I went to 3 other stores spending $300 that afternoon but I will not t spend & at yours. Plus you have items for sale that were for sale last year. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome in your store.
