They analyze and suggested to change the screen that was corrupted. New screen for $160. Worked for couple of days… stopped working and haven’t recognized it. Do not buy.

Bought the Zedd solo 3 headphones limited edition used for 1 hour and controls stopped working unable to shut off, sound is just ok, not as good as you would expect and you hear the music clearly coming from under the headphones very disappointed

They tell you it will be replace yet there is no number or contact info from them. It doesn't allow your earbuds to work. Filed fraud complaint with credit card company.

These men scammed me out of $800!! Said I was getting things for free and we checked the price when we got home and same headphones they sold for $500 cost $125 at Walmart. These guys are good talkers. Too bad most people will not read the review until you discover how they got scammed. Why do they allow people like this to stay in business??

Do NOT go there. Shon helped us, he was quite nice at first... but he said these headphones are $500... quick research lets me see that these are $125 at WALMART!! And the phone cases are $200 but I've seen better ones for $80!! Ridiculous! And then Shon tells us a sob story to make us feel bad!! How horrible. I am telling you, DO NOT GO!!! And not to mention... "all sales are final" NO RETURNS FOR THESE PEICES OF TRASH!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF TRAVELING SHOPPERS: 1) They fast talk you and call these rechargeable cases otterbox cases when in fact they are knock-off Otterbox case likely made overseas. 2) They claim the cases have a warranty but there is no phone number or contact information online to file a claim with them online . 3) They claim the cases can charge your phone 3 full battery cycles when I've only had the charger for 1 week and I've not been able to get it to give me a single full charge after the case was on the charger all night.

Absolute scammers. Do not buy anything from them - and if you do, check your receipt because they will absolutely overcharge you.

Guy at the fashion show mall in Las Vegas sold us $79 cellphone case battery pack worth $10 on eBay. These people are scammers! I hope they get caught! Beware!

My husband and I both bought the battery cases from the kiosk in Vegas. They said there was a warranty, both of the tops broke within three months. We called the store they put us to leave a message because they were “busy”. Obviously no customer service and lies just to make a sale. We both are very disappointed and suggest to run the other way than to listen to their lies and subpar equipment at inflated prices.

The case I bought does not allow earplugs to work.

Don’t spend any money with this company not only do they not stand by their cheaply made products they proudly wear there ignorant attitudes like it’s a badge of success!
