Very Happy Pet Owner With Hardwood Floors
I have owned an Oreck for the past 15 years and have always loved them! We recently moved into a new house with all hardwood floors and I wanted a new vaccum so I bought the top of the line Oreck upright. After using it for a couple of weeks, I noticed that it wasn't picking up the dog hair as well as I had hoped. I came back to the store to see Steve and he worked with me to find the perfect replacement vaccum - a C3 Marin Miele. Even though the 30 day return policy had expired, he worked with me to accomodate the return and new purchase for a fare price. He even called me the next day to see how I liked my new vaccum. I will definitely be sending folks to the Turkey Creek store to see Steve!
