Products are expensive but WOAH do they WORK! I've been following the instructions given to me, and coming in for my facials and I'm seeing really great results. The staff has changed a bit over the last few months, but honestly they only seem to get better + become more friendly. Don't let them push you around, be honest about your skincare concerns + they will really help you.

I started with Orogold back in March 2019 and at first I struggled to get results, thus my initial review was not so good. Discussions with Ellie the owner and esthetician Karina resulted in changes that I am now beginning to see progress. The biggest change was scheduling facials every two weeks to jump start positive progress. Discussions emphasized that one must have the determination to use the serums and facial products and the LED light equipment daily to obtain any results. It's June and I believe I am seeing some good results. Thus, I upped the number of stars. One has to be persistent when it comes to skincare.

Beware of being sucked into this store for their "free sample". They drag you in and don't let you go unless you buy something or make an appointment for a service you don't want. They don't even have a price to give you for the service - they will only say, "We will do the facial and if it works, then we charge you. But if we get no results, no charge." WHAT? But first, they insult you on your skin condition and tell you that what you have done isn't working and you need to buy from them. The whole thing was so uncomfortable!!!
