I was high pressure sold this product and was told that I could rerun it. They now won’t let me return this product and after reaching out, I’m having very sketchy people asking for more money to take the return.

This business bullies customers
Do not enter the Orogold store in Galleria Houston, TX. They make promises of ‘giving’ you products and services (facial) and then bully and trap you into outrageous prices.
I asked for my money back in less than 24 hours and Taryn yelled at me on the phone, called me 20 times and text me 14 with scare tactics like ‘you are committing freud and we have cameras to prove you were there. Then Taryn told me she was my only hope of getting any refund and would not allow me to speak to her supervisor or store owner. I also called the corporate number for customer service and again I was bullied, the girl Zoey spoke very ugly to me and gave me less than zero help.
Therefore, beware. This is a very poor business with even worse customer service. I wish there was an option to give no stars because no stars is definitely their rating. Do not do business with this store.
