Outback Steakhouse - Myrtle Beach, South Carolina SC 29579 - Tanger Outlets Myrtle Beach Hwy 501

This outback restaurant was Horrible!!! The food was "awful"... I live out of town and came to visit for the holidays and went there... For one the food there is over priced, my family and we left and never received our ice cream we ordered for our small child which was there... When we left we end up going to another restaurant spending more money because we didn't enjoy the food there... Any how We thought about the ice cream after we had left and I called back to check to see whether or not we were charged for our ice cream I gave the 4 different people including managers every number on our receipt including the time we were there plus the server that was on our receipt which was Holly G...they all acted as if they had no idea who I was talking about!!! I was very irritated bc I was treated as if I had no idea what I was talking about... one of the managers which was a white female told me very rudely that there wasn't no reason for me to be upset it's only ice cream!!! And then hung the phone up in my face...shortly before asking me what type of car I drove to get there...I was very upset after that point because what does the kind of car I drive have to do with what I called to verify...I called right back and all of a sudden the phone was busy!!! I wouldn't ever feed my dog there if I had one nor would I ever go back there ever again!!! I give them a 0 for everything!!!
