Great help on Thursday 5,4 with worker Kally or however speald like the state caillifornia sold me bottle of cologne and two teshirts .n had a smile the entire time I asked her for help, n thoughts in store ,in governors square mall.

I received a 100 dollar gift card for christmas. I tried to use it in the store and online and it wouldn't work. The cashier called the gift card seen that the balance was a 100 dollars as well as printed the recipient showing the 100 dollar balance. Obviously there was something wrong with the gift card. She called her manager and other employees to get advice on what to do. Then gave me customer service's number to call l, telling me it wasn't there problem to solve. I called customer service and they told me it was not there job to deal with the issue , I let them speak to her which they told her the same thing. I then requested a refund or a new gift card. She told me it was against protocol to do so. She took my name and number and sent me out the door which I still have not heard from her. This is the most ridiculous thing ever. Obviously she should have gave me a new gift card that works. We paid 100 dollars for it and are receiving nothing out of it. That is stealing. I called back two days later and she informed me that she emailed her district manager and will get back to me when they figure out what they can do for me. This is the worst customer service incident I have ever heard of. Not to mention that is stealing 100 dollars.
