Didn’t put stuff in bag and won’t answer calls
Paid for three necklaces and some clothes got all the clothes but the jewelry was nowhere and when we tried to call and ask it constantly went straight to voicemail
Do not go to this pacsun!
I have been to so many pacsuns I am even a member I love their clothes very much but the pacsun at FL mall has a terrible staff who does not give you any help and is flat out rude. I went in to exchange and they wouldn't even though I've never worn or washed it they saw one cat hair and said they were obviously worn and they would not listen to anything I had to say
