Horrible Customer Service
This was one of the worse experiences I had. One employee was extremely rude to me for no reason. I feel like it was discrimination because she was nice to Caucasian appearing individuals but her tone, disposition and body language was very negative and aggressive for no reason what so ever. Its sad because she was black and so am I. I'm assuming it's self hate because I don't understand why she was so rude to me unprovoked.

I will never visit this store let alone shop at pandora again, the Somerset location was very unprofessional and the attendant was very prejudice!! 6\30\20 I went thinking I was going to spend a little change on some items for my wife and that Caucasian attendant changed that entire endeavor but thanks for the attitude saved me a butt load of cash!!
