Looks like a shortage of help and poorly trained help. Twice I've gotten wrong orders, the tables are always dirty and if there's more than 2 people, you can be sure that at least 2 people are chatting more than working. Given all the good places that closed due to the pandemic, how did Panera manage to stay open?
